Zitec’s Continuous Improvement Services (CIS) – the Netflix of software development and maintenance, as I like to call it – is a subscription-based Business Line. And this is where my interests for Leadership & Management, Project Management and Technology crossed paths.
Throughout the years, my mission here has been to coordinate and facilitate information flow between the client and the team members from different departments. As a Business Line Director, my razor-focused commitment lies in delivering valuable services, technologies (like Magento, Symfony, .NET or WordPress), improvement solutions with a high degree of predictability & cost efficiency, and eye-catching UI/UX design recommendations and implementations.
