A seamless purchasing experience and enhanced operational efficiency
Complementary to their ongoing digital transformation strategy, the company wanted to upgrade its eCommerce website to better meet customers’ growing expectations.
We developed and launched Brico Dépôt’s online shop on the Magento 2 Commerce Cloud platform, which translated into improved visibility and control in terms of content and product management, and a more streamlined order management process. Leveraging Magento’s built-in features and our UX/UI capabilities, the shopping process flow has been greatly improved.

Innovating the IT&C retail since 1994

Flanco, one of Romania’s largest retailers, is considered a pioneer in many ways: it introduced the concept of a larger-sized electro-IT shop to Romania and was one of the first to start the Black Friday phenomenon.

A more scalable platform
The company wanted to improve its operational efficiency during Black Friday and, in order to avoid downtime and support as many sales as possible, decided to move the website’s infrastructure to the cloud.
We developed a highly scalable, customized web platform using Microsoft Azure cloud and open source technologies, capable of supporting a large amount of traffic, concurrent users, and orders per second. The platform perfectly integrates with Magento 2 and other applications that Flanco uses on a regular basis.

Founded as a family company in Sweden in 2013, iELM is a digital fashion retailer that designs, manufactures, and sells limited-edition baby clothing in more than 15 countries throughout Europe and North America.

Going global at full power
iELM’s expansion plans required a powerful technical solution capable of sustaining the scaling of their eCommerce business abroad.
We developed a custom-made eCommerce platform, complemented by delivery features, payment processors, translations, configurations, process automation, as well as marketing tools. We also worked on the extensive process of updating the e-shop to Magento 2. Since it was available in numerous countries, we had in place a bulletproof plan for data migration, Magento 1 to Magento 2 switch, and the verification of all integrations.

Creating strong brand positioning in the market
Our collaboration started in 2011, with the development of a B2B eCommerce solution dedicated to NOD’s partners, in order to ensure a more efficient collaboration and to streamline the company’s internal work processes.
The B2B platform provides the resellers a digital shopping environment, allowing for basic stock purchase, reservation and ordering, as well as API interfacing support for direct access bypassing the interface. The platform enables NOD to respect its business response time of 24 hours delivery from ordering.
